Year 7 Are Back at It — Making Chicken Shawarma!

Year 7 were raring to go this week as Chicken Shawarma hit the menu!

Students prepped, diced, and marinated their chicken before baking it to perfection. They then assembled their own wraps using flatbreads and added a side of either refreshing raita or a vibrant Asian slaw.

Many were amazed at what they’d achieved — some even trying new flavours for the first time and absolutely loving it!
