Cooking & Nutrition – Key Stage 3
At Key Stage 3, our Cooking & Nutrition curriculum helps students develop essential life skills through practical, hands-on experience in the kitchen. Learners explore healthy eating, food safety, and a variety of cooking techniques as they create dishes from different cultures and traditions.
We aim to build confidence, independence, and an understanding of how to make informed food choices.
