Nottingham Academy is a very large organisation and is one of a small number of all-through 3-19 schools in the country with its own Nursery, Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form provision.
Greenwood Campus includes our Primary Campus and serves the Sneinton and Bakersfield areas and Ransom Road Campus serves the Mapperley and St Anns areas.
Greenwood Campus
- Greenwood Campus Site 1 on Greenwood Road is our main site which provides education for Years 8-11. This site also caters for our separate Primary provision.
- Greenwood Campus Site 2, also known as ‘The Bridge’ is based on Sneinton Boulevard. The Bridge Campus is the venue for our Sixth Form and Year 7 students. This campus is smaller than our main site, but accommodates an excellent suite of facilities for our students to flourish.
Although operating across these two sites, the dedicated team of Academy staff, Primary phase, Secondary phase and also those working in the Academy Sixth Form Centre work closely together to make sure the Nottingham Academy remains an outstanding organisation.
This Academy is sponsored by the Greenwood Academies Trust which was formed in 2009 and now educates approximately 19,000 pupils across seven local authority areas including Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire, Leicester City, Northamptonshire, Peterborough and Lincolnshire.
