Exciting news from the Food Room!

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes over the past few weeks to launch Design & Technology: Food here at the Academy. The cupboards have been organised, equipment dusted off, and ingredients stocked — all ready for our students to get hands-on in the kitchen.

Our Year 9 students have been the first to cook up a storm, kicking off their practical lessons with Sticky Korean Chicken. The enthusiasm has been fantastic, and the delicious smells drifting through the corridors have certainly caught the attention of some very jealous teachers!
