Congratulations to our Year 13 'Class of 2024'!
A Level Success for Nottingham Academy Sixth Form Students!
We are pleased to announce a year of excellent results for pupils. Their determination and hard work has meant many have achieved strong results and will now progress onto their chosen next steps in higher education, jobs or apprenticeships.
There have also been some impressive individual performances, which include:
· Samuel M, who successfully achieved A in history, a Distinction in health and social care, Distinction in information technology. He has secured a place to study Cyber Security at Nottingham Trent University.
· Aisha K, who successfully achieved A in history, A in criminology, B in sociology. She has secured a place to study Law at The University of Nottingham.
· Aleeza N, who successfully achieved A in criminology, B in biology, B in chemistry. She has secured a place to study Biomedical Sciences at UCL, London.
· Kenza R, who successfully achieved B in history, B in criminology, B in sociology. She has secured a place to study English with Secondary Education at Nottingham Trent University.
· Oakley W, who successfully achieved D*D in sport, a grade D in photography. He has secured a place on the GB Elite Athlete Scholarship Programme preparing for 2028 Olympic in Los Angeles to represent Great Britain in Taekwondo.
· Kevin C, who successfully achieved DD in sport, a Pass in business. He has secured a full scholarship at Rhode Island University at South Kingston, America. Kevin will continue playing basketball at an elite level.
