NAC Food Tech Round-up!

We've been busy!

Year 10 got festive with fresh fettuccine inspired by The Holiday movie!

Students made egg pasta completely from scratch, rolling, cutting and shaping fresh fettuccine before creating a rich, creamy sauce inspired by the iconic Christmas pasta scene from the film. The dish focused on precision skills, butter and garlic flavour development, sauce emulsification using cream, Parmesan and pasta water, and confident presentation. A fantastic example of high-level practical skills and festive creativity in the food room.
