Exam Stress Workshop for Parents & Carers
Supporting Our Exceptional Learners
As part of our commitment to supporting both students and parents during the crucial exam season, the Mental Health Support Team will be hosting Exam Stress Workshops at the upcoming Progress Evening on Tuesday, 16th January.
These engaging 20-minute sessions will provide parents with valuable insights into understanding exam stress and practical strategies to help manage exam pressure at home. By equipping parents with these tools, we aim to ensure our exceptional learners are supported every step of the way.
Workshop Details
- Location: Room A117
- Duration: 20 minutes
- Times: 3.40pm, 4.40pm, and 5.40pm
We encourage parents to attend one of these workshops to gain expert advice and tips on reducing stress and fostering a supportive environment during the exam period. No prior booking is required – simply join us in Room A117 at one of the scheduled times.
